Alabama vs.Spring Hill
Coming off a pair of hard fought games (the shutout loss to Syracuse and the slight victory over Sewanee) Alabama defeated Spring Hill big by the score of 59-0. Pooley Hubert was the star of the game cracking the endzone 3 times and Red Barnes scored a pair of touchdowns as well. Ben Hudson, William Baty, Grant Gillis, and Andy Cohen also added one apiece. The 1923 squad finished the season 7-2-1 for first year coach Wallace Wade.
